Corvette history: A whole new engine, the 327 was introduced, including the powerful 327/360 fuelie.  The coves no longer had trim, and therefore were always the same color as the exterior. The trunk made its final appearance   until the C5 era. 1962 is a very popular year for collectors, with the "Shark Gills" near the coves.
